The 'Toggle Fixed Position' for icons is broken in 1.7.3-8

	The fix is to download 'arrangeIcons' located in this directory
	and copy it over the 'arrangeIcons' located in '/usr/local/bin'.

	This fix will be incorporated in 1.7.3-9 due out shortly.

	For those needing an updated LiveCD, one can be generated from
	an installed 1.7.3-8 by making this 'bugfix' and then running
	BACKUP on the System Admin menu.
